Abstract

This article broadly highlights the social and personal characteristics in the dialectic of optimism and pessimism. In particular, different sides of the dialectics of optimism and pessimism, methodology and criteria of analysis and synthesis are reflected. In this article the author reveals the psychological and philosophical foundations of political stability in the world, calls humanity to universal ideas based on interethnic harmony and interreligious tolerance.
