Abstract
In recent years, Uzbekistan has attached great importance to raising the status and prestige of teachers, expanding their rights and privileges. "If we do not financially reward school teachers, if we do not improve their quality of life, we will not be able to talk about reform and results," the President said. In 2020, it is planned to increase the monthly salary of public education workers, stimulate the involvement of teachers in schools in remote areas, and provide them with loans for housing and transportation. In order to make wider use of the opportunities created, teachers also improve their knowledge and professional skills, and actively participate in community service.
