Abstract
In this article, the history of the activity of criminal courts of Kashkadarya region is extensively studied, and an analytical approach to the development and changes of the judicial system is presented. Court proceedings and their importance, composition of judges and reforms aimed at increasing the effectiveness of court activities are highlighted. At the same time, opinions were expressed about the territorial peculiarities of criminal courts in the region and their historical development.
