Abstract
This article is devoted to the analysis of initial measures implemented in the sphere of personnel policy in the judicial system of the Republic of Uzbekistan. It provides information on further improvement of the judicial system, advanced training of judges and court employees, new methods used in the selection and training of personnel. It also highlights the results of reforms carried out in the sphere of personnel policy in the judicial system, their impact on the activities of judicial bodies and prospects for further development.
