Abstract
At present, the problem of ensuring security is an extremely important and urgent strategic task for any state. However, in the rapidly developing modern world, such numerous and diverse factors causing instability in society appear that the fight against them and the formation of immunity to these threats is becoming an increasingly difficult task. Public security is the level of protection of the entire social system of society from socio-political, national-humanistic, economic, cultural, spiritual-moral and environmental threats. Spiritual and educational foundations for ensuring public security are formed, first of all, through the system of education and upbringing. If the spiritual and educational foundation is strong, then no ideological and ideological-propaganda factors will be able to threaten public security. The spiritual and educational foundation is the most important means of strengthening ideological immunity among members of society.
